We identify tax refunds on previously filed returns and assist our clients with the voluntary disclosure of state and local tax liabilities, helping them effectively reduce tax exposures, penalties and interest.

Audit Defense and Support
We assist clients with analyzing their potential tax exposure, recommend appropriate audit strategies and review or prepare responses to inquiries when audited by the federal or state tax authority.
